Our Full-Service Styling Era

We’ve officially stepped into our full-service styling era.

Through trusted partnerships with other Central Queensland businesses — combined with our own growing inventory — we now offer a more complete styling experience, including: Tables, chairs & bar furniture, Bar tables & stools, Linen & table runners, Tableware, candles & styling props, Layered details that tie the entire event together. This means fewer suppliers for you to manage, a more cohesive look, and a smoother experience from start to finish.

What to Expect — Communication & Planning

We believe great events start with clear, calm communication.

Once your date is secured, we’ll provide an initial design direction based on your vision. We typically reconnect more closely 5–6 months out to refine details like colour tones, textures and styling layers.

Final adjustments to quantities and design elements are confirmed in the lead-up to your event. You’ll always know where things are at — without being overwhelmed by unnecessary back-and-forth.


On the Day & Pack Down

On event day, our role is simple: bring it all to life.

We arrive, install and style all florals and hired items as planned. We work efficiently and respectfully within your venue’s timelines. We liaise with venues and coordinators where required. You don’t need to worry about a thing — just enjoy the moment.


Pack-Down & Collection: Depending on your booking - Hire items and installations are either packed down the same night or collected the following day. We manage pack-down quietly and efficiently. Fresh florals are yours to keep unless otherwise specified. We just need to take the vases and props. All pack-down logistics are confirmed ahead of time so there are no surprises.
